Hi guys, how have you been?

I'm feeling kinda sad these days... Some personal issues. I'm 25 years too, I'm in that age you don't know what to do with life. How sad is that?

Well, I have seen some really cool 3D images in architectural lately, nice works, and I always want to improve my work too, but, I realized something... Some guys take 3 to 4 days to finish a job. I think it's awesome, but, here in Brazil things are a little different, especially for me. I have to finish a job the fast I can. For example, this work I'm posting, it took me less than 8 hours to finish. That is true. It's not the nicest 3D image ever made, but, it was done fast.

Hope you like it.

Sorry for my miserable mood. =(

Hi guys, this is my last personal work (finished, cause I got a lot of WIPs, hehe). A illumination study made in v-ray.

Lets go down on some facts about the scene:

I only model the scenario, the props of the scene are downloaded models, so my work in this scene is the illumination, the materials (including the props models) and the post-work.

The scene have one light source, no skylight no nothing. That is what I was after. Lighting a whole scene with just one light, and I think I did it.

Well, I hope you like it. Please let me know your opinions about it.

Thanks,
Not sure how long it toke to render, as I said, the contest was a modeling one, renders are just for fun. Thanks
I had some fun doing this scene, placing stuffs everywhere, putting some lights on, choosing the right background to match the environment... My turion 64 x2 couldn't handle the render I set for the scene, I had to decrease it so my notebook could render the final image (I was using brute force). Hope you guys like.

May was the month of the snail. I've imagined a snail who sells shells to others snails who don't have it. All done in 3Ds Max and render with v-ray. Photoshop used only to paint textures. This is one of my big works so far, many days of work, several hours per night, each details was carefully thought. I hope you like as much as I. Thanks.
